Cheddify's review system is post-call and bilateral — both sides rate each other after a call ends. Every rating on a creator's profile was earned from an actual paid call, not a friend's favor or a platform-seeded testimonial. Here's how it works and how to use it to pick the right creator.
How reviews work on Cheddify
After each call, both the buyer and the creator rate the experience from 1 to 5 stars. Buyers can leave a written comment. Creators also rate the buyer — this keeps conversation quality high on both sides. Reviews are tied to completed, paid calls only. You cannot leave a review without having connected. Creators can reply to any review on their profile — most top performers use this to acknowledge mixed feedback rather than ignore it, which tends to build more trust than a perfect 5.0 with no responses.
What buyers consistently say
Common themes in positive reviews: “felt genuinely heard,” “connected faster than I expected,” and “more real than a scripted session.” Mixed feedback clusters around two things: availability (the creator they wanted wasn't online) and length expectations (the per-minute model rewards focused questions, which can feel abrupt if you're used to flat-fee sessions). Neither is a quality problem — they're a model mismatch. Our full review breaks down who Cheddify is and isn't for.
Where to find reviews
Every creator profile shows their aggregate star rating, total call count, and a scrollable list of recent written reviews. You can read them before you connect. Browse the live grid and tap any creator card to open their full profile and reviews. Learn more about how the full Cheddify experience works.
How to use reviews when picking a creator
Look at review count before you look at average rating. A creator with 80 reviews at 4.6 stars is more predictable than one with 3 reviews at 5.0. Read the written comments — they'll tell you whether the creator is strong on love questions, career pivots, or emotional support. Check the recency: a creator with 50 reviews from two years ago and nothing since may have gone mostly inactive.
